Support Worker

Casual / Part-time

Provide daily living assistance, community access and social support to NDIS participants across our service areas.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability (or willing to obtain)
  • Valid driver's licence & own vehicle preferred
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Genuine passion for disability support

Team Leader

Full-time

Lead a small team of support workers, manage schedules, mentor staff and be a key contact for participants and families.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in disability support
  • Certificate IV in Disability minimum
  • Leadership experience or strong desire to lead
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Support Coordinator

Full-time / Part-time

Help NDIS participants navigate their plans, connect with providers and build their capacity to achieve independence.

Requirements:

  • Experience in NDIS coordination or case management
  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple participants
